New Make Spirit

Inspired by the original Orcadian whisky distilled under moonlight by our founder, Magnus Eunson in 1798, we call our New Make Spirit ‘Tunglskin’ – from the Old Norse words for 'moon' and 'light'. Remarkably similar to the original raw spirit created by Magnus, we’ve added spring water to release subtle layers of flavour for a more palatable 50% ABV spirit.

Delicious with blood orange juice, our New Make Spirit is a great alternative to gin, vodka, or rum. Simply add your favourite mixer and serve over ice… ideally by the light of the moon.
