Highland Park 18 is our most highly awarded whisky, and a firm favourite among our Highland Park Inner Circle, thanks to its combination of intense fruity flavour and wonderful smoothness. For the aficionado: Cask Strength 5
Our Cask Strength releases are bottled without adding water to reduce alcohol content, making them a great choice for the more exacting whisky drinker who enjoys fine tuning their whisky’s flavour themselves. As with every edition, Cask Strength release number 5 has its own unique character, with particularly intense notes of sun-dried fruits that come from the addition of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
For the collector: Highland Park 21
The 2024 release of our Highland Park 21 is a rare beast, crafted from just 48 casks laid down by our Master Whisky Maker Gordon motion in 2001 and 2002. Bottled at marrying strength of 46%, it’s a wonderfully deep whisky with layers and layers of complex flavour, from creamy crème brulée to stewed fruit and zesty lime, all beautifully balanced by our signature heathered peat smoke. A perfect gift for a collector of rare and aged whiskies.
