At Highland Park, we've been making whisky in Orkney since 1798, forging our own tradition far from the mainland and far from the mainstream. This unique provenance informs everything we do, from our creative approach to the whisky making craft to the distinctive, aromatic influence of the local heathered peat we use to smoke our malt—resulting in a whisky with a flavour that can't be replicated anywhere else in the world.
