12 Year Old Cocktails
To compliment to smooth character of our iconic 12 year old, our skilled team of mixologists have created two cocktails, perfectly paired with this whisky, and designed to be enjoyed at home with friends.
TAMMIE NORIE
Vessel: Highball
Garnish: Strawberry
INGREDIENTS
37.5ml / 1.25 oz Highland Park 12
12.5ml / 0.5 oz Crème de Peche
25ml / 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
25ml / 0.75 oz Honey syrup 2:1
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 strawberries
Soda water or Ginger ale
METHOD
Add Strawberries to a cocktail tin and give a light muddle.
Combine all the remaining ingredients (except soda / ginger ale) into the shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Double strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with your preference of soda or ginger ale.

Garnish: Orange coin
INGREDIENTS
50ml / 1.5 oz Highland Park 12
15ml / 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
15ml / 0.5 oz Vanilla infused Sweet Vermouth
10ml / 0.25 oz Crème de Peche
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
METHOD
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass
Stir for 25 seconds and strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with an orange coin
