INGREDIENTS
37.5ml / 1.25 oz Highland Park 12
12.5ml / 0.5 oz Crème de Peche
25ml / 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
25ml / 0.75 oz Honey syrup 2:1
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 strawberries
Soda water or Ginger ale
METHOD
Add Strawberries to a cocktail tin and give a light muddle.
Combine all the remaining ingredients (except soda / ginger ale) into the shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds.
Double strain into an ice filled highball glass and top with your preference of soda or ginger ale.
