Heathered Orkney peat on the nose with a floral zing of lemon zest. Black cherries, cocoa nibs, honey and peat smoke follow on the palate offset by just a hint of pistachio. The craft --------- The dramatic fruity and spicy flavours of Sky of Orkney come from whiskies matured in first-fill, sherry seasoned European and American oak casks.
