Rich, fruity, caramelised sweetness on the nose, followed by finely balanced notes of orange zest, dark chocolate and aromatic smoke from our Orkney heathered peat on the palate. The finish is lingering, sweet and spicy with slightly nutty notes. The craft --------- The satisfying depth of the 18 year old comes from a higher proportion of whiskies matured in first-fill, sherry-seasoned European oak casks, which deliver intense notes of fruit and spice that linger on the palate.
