Zesty warmth on the nose gives way to vanilla and nutmeg on the palate, with a soft smokiness from our Orkney heathered peat. The finish is sweet and nutty, with notes of crushed almonds and brown sugar. The craft --------- The character of Sea of Orkney comes from whiskies matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks, which deliver strong notes of fruit and spice.
