Fresh, floral and spicy on nose, leading to warm vanilla, pineapple and zesty citrus on the palate. The finish is mellow, with delicate vanilla, toasty spice and a gentle hit of aromatic smoke from our Orkney heathered peat. The craft --------- We fine-tune the subtle warm vanilla notes of the 15-year old by harmonising whiskies matured in first fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks and first-fill, sherry-seasoned European Oak casks, as well as some refill casks to balance out its contrasting flavours.
