Aged for 10 years in a combination of sherry seasoned American and European oak casks, AMBASSADOR’S CHOICE has been bottled at 46% ABV, without chill filtration, to intensify the classic smoky sweetness that is Highland Park’s trademark. Full-bodied and rich, it delivers a beautiful balance of rich vanilla and sherried notes with flavours of plum and peach and just a hint of salty-sweet liquorice.
