Sherry Skies
To celebrate Gordon’s legacy, we’re proud to release a limited edition 19-year-old single malt – Sherry Skies – which celebrates the influence of sherry seasoned oak casks on our whisky. Made from just nine casks, hand selected by Gordon for their character and flavour, this whisky sings with sherry sweetness, with intense jammy notes of dried fruit and tannic spices perfectly balanced with the subtle smoke of our Orkney heathered peat.
