The Dolphins

Having created The Battle of Jutland special commemorative bottling for The Royal Navy in 2016, we were honoured to be asked to create The Dolphins as an officially licenced whisky for sale in the bars and shops at The Royal Navy’s Faslane base in Scotland. Released in 2018, and predominantly matured in refill casks along with first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks, The Dolphins is a light but richly layered single malt combining vanilla, bananas, lemon peel, toasted oak, white pepper, and light and aromatic peat notes. We are proud to say that it was received with great enthusiasm, and great pride, by the crew at Faslane.
