Many centuries ago, Viking oarsmen ploughed their longboats through thousands of nautical miles of ocean in search of new lands. The Orkney Rowing Club doesn’t sail quite as far today, but teamwork is still at their core. Established in 2014, the club has five traditional boats and around 40 members who raise significant funds to support local charities every year.
Orkney Rowing Club is bottled at 58% to deliver a bold and intense single malt whisky that balances the sweetness of honey and vanilla with the fire of root ginger, carried on a wave of aromatic peat smoke. We have released 4,000 bottles and make a donation to the Club for every bottle we sell.
