Warming Soul Toddy

Best served with family and friends!

Ingredients

50ml Highland Park 12 Year Old

100ml water

100ml cloudy apple juice

2tsp honey

15ml lemon juice

1 cinnamon stick

Method

1. Simply add the whisky, apple juice, honey and lemon juice to a mug, then pour over the boiled water and stir until the honey has dissolved.

2. Add the cinnamon stick, both as a garnish and to impart its aromatic flavours to the hot toddy.

3. Sit back and enjoy!
