VALKNUT

The second in our series of three Viking Legend releases, Valknut was created with a higher portion of our local peated malt and matured predominantly in sherry seasoned oak casks for a distinctively smoky sweet flavour. Desribed as a ‘custard bonfire’ – imagine cloves and cracked black pepper meeting toasted vanilla and crème brûlée. According to Norse sagas, Viking heroes on the battlefield were marked with the ‘Valknut’ symbol so we think this would make a great gift for the hero in your life… particularly if they’re fond of incredibly long stories!
ORKNEY ROWING CLUB

A dollop of spiced vanilla cream, a drizzle of heather honey and generous waves of peat smoke. This is the gift that keeps on giving in more ways than one. Bottled at 58% to deliver a bold and intense character, this distinctive whisky balances the sweetness of honey and vanilla with the fiery depths of shavings of root ginger. We released just 4,000 bottles of this special edition to support the Orkney Rowing Club so it would make the ideal present for someone with an interest in the Club or simply a passion for rowing.
NESS OF BRODGAR’S LEGACY

Developed in partnership with the Ness of Brodgar Trust, this is our iconic 12 Year Old single malt… but bottled at its marrying strength of 46% to deliver intensified flavours of heather honey, fruitcake and sweet winter spices. We released just 5,000 bottles to support the Trust’s work on one of the world’s most significant Neolithic sites, here in Orkney. A fantastic talking point and a great gift for anyone who loves archaeology, Orcadian history or both!

The triumphant union of three legendary Highland Park Whisky Makers – Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay – delivers one extraordinary expression, driven by three contrasting cask types. As you’d expect, Triskelion is complex and full-bodied; tangy Seville oranges, sweet apricots, heather honey, juicy raisins and crushed coriander seed deliver a whisky as full of character as its three creators.

Full Volume is a robust, beautifully balanced whisky, exclusively matured in Kosher certified ex-bourbon casks, rather than our traditional sherry casks. This allowed us to turn up the volume on those succulent creamy bourbon notes. A 17-year jam session of maturation offers an intense flavour profile of creamy vanilla and light citrus fruits, all balanced out by Highland Park’s characteristic smokiness.
