Our take on a classic chocolate tiffin traybake adds a cheeky measure of 12 Year Old to the biscuit mix, bringing the flavours of candied orange peel and honeycomb chocolate deliciously to life. Or, if you’re looking for a savoury suggestion, then we recommend partnering 18 Year Old with Castello Marquis cheese, cinnamon crackers and blackberry jam. Our 21 Year Old also makes an incredible accompaniment to cheese – try it with Murcia al Vino, a fruity and wine-infused Spanish goat’s cheese that complements the whisky’s complex yet refined notes of ginger, orange, pear and honey.
