Our brand new In Conversation With… series offers insights into the world of whisky and Highland Park, delivered by the experts. Whether you’re already a bit of an expert yourself, or you’re new to the world of whisky and looking to unravel the complexities of malt and grain, single malts and blends, we hope you’ll enjoy the conversations and take away a few nuggets of new knowledge too.

In Episode 1, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, and Martin Markvardsen, our Senior Brand Ambassador, meet up in Edinburgh’s The Dunstane Houses to talk all things whisky. And, over subsequent episodes, they compare notes on everything from the best glasses for nosing and tasting to their favourite food pairings and the influence on casks on flavour. It’s all fascinating stuff!
