We’ve had such an enthusiastic response to the cocktail recipe we featured in our April Newsletter, using 12 Year Old as the hero ingredient in our SALTED HONEY OLD FASHIONED, that we thought you’d enjoy trying a new variation.
Amplifying the key cherry and dark chocolate notes of 18 Year Old, this deliciously decadent cocktail is heavenly paired with a square or two of the finest artisan chocolate you can lay your hands on.

INGREDIENTS (one serve)
50ml 18 Year Old
7ml Maraschino cherry syrup
2 dashes Chocolate bitters
METHOD
1. Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain over fresh ice.
2. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
