The author of eleven cookery books, Genevieve is passionate about cooking with fire and about smoking, grilling and eating delicious food that’s found naturally in the great outdoors. She runs the Bristol Fire School, grows her own fruit and vegetables, and has a mission to create recipes that really work and food that looks as good as it tastes. Much of Genevieve’s foodie inspiration comes from her love of travel.
