Exquisitely rich with ripe fruit, warm wood and aromatic peat, this single malt was created from just 2 casks, and only 274 bottles were released.

Fire Edition 15 Year Old

Our first whisky to be matured in refill Port casks. This 15 Year Old is a swirl of cinnamon, custard, dried fruit, chocolate and light smoke – imagine a scorched éclair!

Matured in ex-bourbon casks, this single malt delivers a balance of glacially fresh pineapple, ripe mango sorbet and a fire-and-ice kick of root ginger.

Accompanied by a leather-bound photographic book, this 26 Year Old single malt celebrates Danish photographer Søren Solkær’s long career as a ‘visual storyteller’.

This whisky celebrates Hobbister, our ancient Orcadian peat moor, our source of intense floral peat smoke that balances out all our whiskies’ flavours and aromas.

Shiel

For this special edition release, we only used peated malt from our hand-turned floor maltings to deliver an unashamedly smoky flavour, with hints of freshly cut eucalyptus and vanilla.

King Christian 1

King Christian 1 was a figure of unity, ruling over Denmark, Norway and Sweden in the 1400s. Creating a whisky that resembles the same degree of harmony was a battle. One we eventually won.
