18 Year Old Cocktails
To compliment the refined character of our 18 Year Old, our skilled team of mixologists have created two cocktails, paired perfectly with this whisky, and designed to be enjoyed at home with friends.
SACRED STONE
Vessel: Coupe
Garnish: Blackberry
INGREDIENTS
50ml / 1.75 oz Highland Park 18
20ml / 0.75 oz Rosé Vermouth
12.5ml / 0.5 oz Crème de Mûre
2.5ml / 0.1 oz Verjus
2d. Orange Bitters
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir together with ice for 20 – 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
ORCADIAN NEGRONI
Vessel: Rocks / old fashioned glass
Garnish: Zest of orange
INGREDIENTS
40ml / 1.5 oz Highland Park 18
20ml / 0.75 oz Cacao Husk Sweet Vermouth
20ml / 0.75 oz Coffee Amaro
METHOD
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass
Stir for 40 seconds and strain over an iced filled rocks glass
Garnish with a zest of orange
